I follow the Double Diamond methodology, moving through the discovery and definition stages—researching user needs and defining problems to ensure I’m solving the right problem—and then through the design and delivery stages, prototyping and refining designs to ensure I solve the problem right.
I evaluate designs before implementation by testing prototypes, ideally with users, to gather insights. After launch, I use user feedback and metrics like engagement data to refine and iterate, ensuring they meet user needs and goals.
I create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with animations, bringing designs to life and allowing stakeholders and users to experience them before development.
I use Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration, along with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for design and animation. I also rely on pen and paper for initial brainstorming and sketching.
